Let’s say you’re coming to IndiMex with someone who’s not into pancakes (crazy, right?). No problemo! They can take their pick from lots of other a-maaaaaazing dishes, either traditional or IndiMex-style. There’s bacon and eggs, good ol’ eggs benedict, smashed avo and chia on bagels, Chilaquiles Brekkie (think breakfast nachos), Ultimate Tostada Brekkie, Good Morning Amigo and so much more.
