It is with a heavy heart that Chef GJ must announce
that IndiMex has closed… temporarily
IndiMex has been Chef GJ’s ambition and passion for years and those ‘in the know’ understand just how hard he and the staff have worked to keep the doors open. Sadly, multiple influencing factors have forced the doors shut.
It’s always been GJ’s dream to fill hungry tummies with the yummiest flavours from India and Mexico, and for the most part, the response has been nothing short of inspiring. Thank you for your kindness, generosity and lovely feedback – it’s what kept us going all this time.
This is not the end! The IndiMex On Wheels food truck is still operating (please visit indimexonwheels.com.au for food truck bookings and enquiries) and Chef GJ is currently under negotiations with a new owner for IndiMex who can take the brand forward and perhaps even re-open in the existing location at Greenslopes. Stay tuned for news!
